We look to invest in good companies and great people.  Post-investment, we aim to build scale and create value through capital investment, Leveraging industry relationship with other portfolio companies and add-on acquisitions.  We have a long-term perspective.  We are comfortable with complex structured and even distressed situations

We look for businesses with the following characteristics:

• Talented management team with a personal investment in the business
• Stable and predictable cash flow 
• Strong, defensible market position
• Significant potential for long-term growth
• Diversified customer base 

Typical Size: $ 1-10M EBITDA at initial investment.

Industries: Aerospace & Defense, Commercial aviation, Industrial Power and Energy.  Specialized Manufacturing and Transportation Leasing.

We look to invest in good assets that can provide recurring revenue from a lease, or positive return by reselling in whole or in parts.  Typically we refer to Aircraft and Aircraft Engines for these Acquisitions but can pertain to a distressed company that is very asset rich but struggling financially as well.

Typical Size: $ 1-20M at initial investment but can go much higher in the right situation.
